L.I.F.E. Groups This Week

Winter Advance 2010- Feb. 5-7, 2010

Please mark your calendars for our upcoming Winter Advance, Feb. 5-7, 2010. It will be in Ventura again at the Marriott. We are privileged to have Pastor Harold Kim from Cerritos Presbyterian Church speaking. Be sure to join us for this special time! Our theme is "Marks of Spiritual Maturity." Sign ups continue today with a price of $160 per person for the Advance. Next week, the price will continue to go up each week by $5. Open Door Worship Ministry Is Looking For Volunteers To Serve

If you are looking for a great opportunity to serve the church, the worship ministry is currently looking for volunteers. There are positions open for vocals, guitar, drums, bass and keyboard. There may be a basic audition required. There are also positions open in our production ministry for sound, media, and set up crew. Training is provided for all production positions. Super Bowl Party on Feb. 7th @the Lee's Resident

Right after our Winter Advance, we will be having a Super Bowl party at the Lee resident. The cost is $5 for food. Be there by 2:30p.m. Please join us for this fun time of gathering.

Please pick up a spiritual gifts inventory as we all prepare to discover our gifts together and then prepare ourselves to serve and encourage each other with our gifting.

Volunteers Needed for Parking

We need four (4) volunteers to help out with directing traffic for the parking structure in front of the church Sunday from 12:-12:45 p.m. Please see Elder Andrew if interested.

Please Contribute to the Church Renewal Project

We are continuing to clean and refurbish our room and the nursery as well. We hope to eventually put in LCD screens and to paint the rooms. Please help us by aiding us in this cause. Please see Elder Andrew Lee if interested in contributing.
